Acronym should have only the first letter uppercase
Reports class, method, property, function, parameter, and local-variable names where an acronym is written in all uppercase letters (e.g. XMLFormatter, parseXMLDocument, $URLPrefix, parseHTTPHeader, $HTTPStatus).
According to PER-CS 3.0 ยง2.7, only the first character of an acronym is uppercase, so prefer XmlFormatter over XMLFormatter.
See PER Coding Style 3.0 (php-fig.org) for details.
