'set' hook on promoted property must use shorthand form
Reports long-form set hooks on constructor-promoted properties.
According to PER-CS 3.0 ยง4.9, constructor-promoted properties may only define a set hook using the shorthand => expression form. Any non-trivial setter logic must be moved to a separate method and called from the hook.
