Sidebar is empty or some sections in it are missing
If the sidebar is empty or some sections in it are missing, it means that the API service is not available. This can either mean that the service is temporarily unavailable or something is blocking network requests.
Steps to troubleshoot
Refresh the page to make sure the issue is permanent.
Confirm the issue is related to the network or device configuration.
Try accessing JetBrains Console from a different network and device, for example, your cell phone or personal laptop via a mobile hotspot or home network.
Contact your IT or security team.
Ask them to check if there are any restrictions for the
api.jetbrains.cloudhostname and thejetbrains.clouddomain. Restrictions can be device-specific or related to the network, VPN, traffic filtering, or firewall configuration.If necessary, provide this troubleshooting page as a reference.
