Getting help

The JetBrains Central Console Help center section provides the necessary resources to help you get the most out of JetBrains Central Console, including links to the documentation, support, bug report submission, and other relevant help and support functionalities.

Accessing the Help center

To access the Help center, in the sidebar click Help icon Help center. This opens the list of all available resources within the Help center.

Documentation

The JetBrains Central Console documentation is available at https://www.jetbrains.com.cn/en-us/help/jetbrains-console (this website).

To access the documentation from JetBrains Central Console, in the Help icon Help center menu click Read documentation.

Sharing feedback

If you have requests related to JetBrains Central Console, ideas for improvement, or any general feedback, share them by following the steps below:

  1. In the Help icon Help center menu, click Share feedback.

  2. Complete the form by adding the request or feedback that you want to share.

  3. Click Send feedback. Your request is sent for review and processing.

Contacting support

If you have questions about JetBrains Central Console or need help troubleshooting an issue, contact support by following the steps below:

  1. In the Help icon Help center menu, click Contact support.

  2. Complete the form by adding your email address, a subject for the message, and describe the reason for contacting support.

  3. (Optional) Attach any files that are relevant for your support request.

  4. Click Submit. Your message is sent for review and processing.

Copy support information

When contacting support, you may be asked to provide information about your customer account for easier troubleshooting. To copy this information to the clipboard, in the Help icon Help center menu click Copy support information.

Keyboard shortcuts

JetBrains Central Console supports keyboard shortcuts that let you perform several common actions. If you prefer not to use keyboard shortcuts, they can optionally be deactivated.

To see the list of available keyboard shortcuts or deactivate them, follow the steps below:

  1. In the Help icon Help center menu, move your mouse pointer over Show keyboard shortcuts. The Keyboard shortcuts option and the list of available shortcuts are displayed.

  2. (Optional) To deactivate keyboard shortcuts, clear the Keyboard shortcuts checkbox.

Managing cookies

With prior user consent, JetBrains Central Console uses cookies to collect individual statistics and provide users with personalized offers and ads.

To see learn more about cookies, in the Help icon Help center menu click Cookie notice. This opens the Cookie Notice for Website-based Products page that provides comprehensive information about cookies, their purpose, and how they are used.

JetBrains Central Console also lets you manage your cookie settings. To set the accepted types of cookies, follow the steps below:

  1. In the Help icon Help center menu, click Cookie settings.

  2. Select the types of cookies that you want to accept.

  3. Click Confirm My Choice. Your cookie settings are saved and only the selected types of cookies are accepted.

Accessing notifications

Notifications include information about your account activity, alerts, announcements, and other updates related to your individual user account.

To see your notifications, in the sidebar click Notifications icon Notifications. This takes you to the page within JetBrains Account that shows the notifications for your account.
