Redundant modifier

Reports the i (case insensitivity) modifiers that are used in regular expression patterns containing no letters. Such modifiers are redundant and can be safely removed.

Can be used to locate inspection in e.g. Qodana configuration files, where you can quickly enable or disable it, or adjust its settings.
