Ranges in class can be merged

Reports the alphabetic ranges or characters in regular expression character classes that only adjust the already existing ranges. Such elements can be merged with the adjusted ranges.

Can be used to locate inspection in e.g. Qodana configuration files, where you can quickly enable or disable it, or adjust its settings.
