IDE Services Cloud Help

Get started with IDE Services Cloud

IDE Services Cloud is a cloud-based web-application hosted by JetBrains. It enables you to enhance developer productivity in your organization without the hassle of server installation and maintenance. The IDE Services team takes care of all maintenance and upgrades for you.

Try IDE Services products for free

If you would like to explore some IDE Services product in your organization before purchasing a paid subscription, you can request a free 30-day trial for each product.

Each IDE Services product offers an individual trial, allowing you to try them separately or all at once.

Trial versions come with predefined usage limits for each product:

  • License Vault: 50 licenses for the All Products Pack

  • IDE Provisioner: 50 users

  • Code With Me Enterprise: 50 concurrent sessions

  • AI Enterprise: 50 users

If you want to increase the limit for a particular product or extend the trial, contact the IDE Services sales team.

Eligibility criteria for the trial

You can start a trial instance of IDE Services Cloud via your JetBrains Account or through a Sales representative. To start a trial via JetBrains Account, you need to meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • You have administrator access to your company's profile on the JetBrains Account portal.

If your company is new to JetBrains, does not have enough licenses, or you do not have administrator access, contact the IDE Services sales team to discuss your trial options.
