New Features

Feature	Description
Email Integration with Microsoft Graph	We've upgraded our notification settings to let you send email messages using Microsoft's Graph API. This means you can migrate your settings to use this updated protocol before Microsoft drops support for SMTP connections.
Authentication Flows for Services	Hub administrators can now explicitly define which OAuth flows are permitted for each registered service. This feature enhances security and compliance by allowing fine-grained control over OAuth authorization methods.

Access Settings for Groups	New group settings let you grant read and update access to members of specific groups. Additionally, group-related permissions are now applied at the global level. This means you can provide users with consistent access across all projects in the system while maintaining the option to assign group-specific access on a per-group basis.
