Code Inspection: 'preg_match' can be replaced with 'str_contains'

Reports the preg_match() calls with pattern arguments that don't use any regexp facilities. Such calls can be replaced with str_starts_with(), str_ends_with() or str_contains() calls.

Suppress an inspection in the editor

  1. Position the caret at the highlighted line and press Alt+Enter or click the Intention action icon.

  2. Click the arrow next to the inspection you want to suppress and select the necessary suppress action.
