# License Vault

[License Vault](https://www.jetbrains.com.cn/en-us/ide-services/license-vault/) is a license distribution tool by JetBrains. It can automatically provide IDE and plugin licenses to users in your organization. It centralizes license management so admins can control access, track usage, and optimize how many licenses the team actually needs.

The License Vault page in JetBrains Central Console shows the list of existing License Vaults that belong to your organization. From this page, you can open their management sections or start creating a new License Vault.

Procedure: Access the License Vault page

1. Log in to [JetBrains Central Console](https://console.jetbrains.cloud/).

2. In the sidebar, select `Licensing | License Vault`.

If you don't see the page, you may need additional [permissions](roles.html#permissions). Contact your admin to get them.

3. If your organization already has License Vaults, you will see them in the list.

If not, you'll see the option to start a License Vault trial right away.

> **Note:**
> The Add new server and Try for 2 months buttons appear only if your organization meets [the minimum requirements for using License Vault](https://www.jetbrains.com.cn/en-us/help/license-vault-cloud/Requirements.html) and haven't used a trial before.
