Instance method call not qualified with 'this'

Reports calls to non-static methods on the same instance that are not qualified with this.

Example:

  class Foo {
    void bar() {}

    void foo() {
      bar();
    }
  }

  class Foo {
    void bar() {}

    void foo() {
      this.bar();
    }
  }
