Unchecked 'Exception' class

Reports subclasses of java.lang.RuntimeException.

Some coding standards require that all user-defined exception classes are checked.

Example:

  class EnigmaException extends RuntimeException {} // warning: Unchecked exception class 'EnigmaException'
