Implicit split mode module kind inspection
Reports main plugin descriptors that implicitly become frontend-only or backend-only because of their dependencies.
This inspection highlights the root <idea-plugin> tag when the main plugin descriptor does not explicitly declare frontend/backend targeting, but its effective module kind is inferred from dependencies.
