Invalid PHPUnit mocking target

Reports the methods and classes that are incorrectly mocked in PHPUnit tests.

By ID

Can be used to locate inspection in e.g. Qodana configuration files, where you can quickly enable or disable it, or adjust its settings.

The following entities are reported:

  • Enums and final classes

  • private, static, or final methods

  • Duplicate methods provided in the mocked methods lists via addMethods(), onlyMethods(), setMethods(), and so on.

You can suppress this inspection by placing the following comment marker before the code fragment where you no longer want messages from this inspection to appear:
