Deprecated partially supported callables

Reports deprecated usage of callables that are supported by call_user_func($callable), but not by $callable().

Can be used to locate inspection in e.g. Qodana configuration files, where you can quickly enable or disable it, or adjust its settings.

Starting from PHP 8.2, the following callables are deprecated:

"self::method" "parent::method" "static::method" ["self", "method"] ["parent", "method"] ["static", "method"] ["Foo", "Bar::method"] [new Foo, "Bar::method"]
