Magic character
Reports character literals that are used without constant declaration. These characters might result in bad code readability. Also, there might be errors if a character is changed only in one location but not everywhere in code.

Locating this inspection

Can be used to locate inspection in e.g. Qodana configuration files, where you can quickly enable or disable it, or adjust its settings.
