Reports plain text links in Javadoc comments.

The quick-fix suggests to wrap the link in an <a> tag.

Example:

  class Main {
   /**
    * https://en.wikipedia.org/
    */
    void foo() {}
  }

After the quick-fix is applied:

  class Main {
   /**
    * <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/">https://en.wikipedia.org/</a>
    */
    void foo() {}
  }
