Inspectopedia 2025.2 Help

Ambiguity Encoding Inspection

Detects '+' in an encoded query string. It is ambiguous whether it should be encoded as space or as a '+' character.

Example:

GET https://example.com/api?name=John+Doe%40example.com

After the quick-fix is applied

GET https://example.com/api?name=John%20Doe%40example.com
