Redundant 'else' in 'if'

Reports redundant else clauses in if statements that contain a return.

Example:

  if someCode() {
      fmt.Println("branch A")
      return nil
  } else {
      fmt.Println("branch B")
  }

  if someCode() {
      fmt.Println("branch A")
      return nil
  }
  fmt.Println("branch B")
