# New Project: Foundation

`Welcome Screen | New Project`

The feature is supported only when the HTML Tools  plugin is installed and enabled.       The HTML Tools plugin is bundled with CLion and activated by default. If the plugin is disabled, enable it  in `Settings | Plugins`  as described in [Managing plugins](managing-plugins.html).

| --- | --- |
| Location | In this field, specify the path to the project folder where the project-related files will be stored.  |
| Version |   From this list, choose the version of the template in accordance to which the stub will be generated. Click ![Refresh button](https://resources.jetbrains.com.cn/help/img/idea/2026.2/app.actions.refresh.svg) to refresh the list of available template versions.   |
